DA installation on fedora 6 fails

i have installed directadmin on my fedora 6 but i have just the bind service running.

Can you help me ??

Did you get any errrors when installing it?

You could always restart the server for it to start the appropriate services.

its ok, it was my firewall...

But i can't change my admin passwd

I dit passwd admin then i change the password but now i try to login with it, what happens is that, it just takes me back to the login page.

the the interesting thing is that, if i login with a totally wrong password, it says, "Invalid login. Please verify your Username and Password" error message.

but if i login with the newly assigned login password, it gives me no error message. just back to login page.

Can you help me ?

Check for errors in /var/log/directadmin/error.log or /var/log/directadmin/system.log

Verify your using the correct default login in /var/log/directadmin/install.log

Try to restart directadmin with the command /sbin/service directadmin restart

Does your browser accept cookies?

You may want to have someone else try your login to see if it works from a different computer.
