You cannot resell an internal license:

INTERNAL LICENSE -- This special license may not be resold or transferred. For internal datacentre use only. Please contact your server provider for control panel and system technical assistance. Please report unauthorized reselling to sales@directadmin.com

Do you actually have a internal pricing client account?

If you do not, the license is owned by a hosting company or server provider etc... if you are a end user you do not own the license.
