Subversion and DA: do they play nicely?

Has anybody tried installing SVN on a server using DA? One of the domains I manage with DA has a subdomain called developers. What I want to do is have developers.domain.com/svn use mod_dav_svn to have a subversion repository available. Has anybody done this with success, or more importantly, had it mess up their server(s)? I want to make sure it won't mess around with DA if I do so.

First make sure you can get dav, mod_dav and mod_dav_svn working on your server; be sure to search these forums for DAV.
