Uploading Joomla

Hello!

I need to set path for my site. On my computer path = "m:/home/mysite.com/www"

now I'm upload my site on the web and I try to set path = "./" and
"/home/domains/mysite.com/public_html" this return error

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/domains/mysite.com/public_html/includes/version.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/intelegs/domains/mysite.com/public_html/includes/joomla.php on line 76

You missed your username


/home/<username>/domains/mysite.com/public_html

thanks it works, but now I have same error when when I try to open admin page joomla:(
