A client who has a working site that uses .htaccess wants to enable FrontPage extensions for the 2nd domain on that account.
I wonder how it will affect the first domain. Is FP extensions feature working on per-domain or per-account basis?
Thank you.

Hello,
Frontpage extensions are per-domain.. so they won't affect each other at all. The login will be the same, but you'll just enter the different domain when publishing, so it will know where to put the files.

Thank you for your answer.
I enabled FP extensions for 1 domain and next thing I get a bunch of setuid diffs in daily FreeBSD security report.
I do not recall doing anything else unusual during that day.
Does DA ever set setuid bits for files? If so, what particular commands trigger that action?

Hello,
DA doesn't setup any setuids.. but I think frontpage does..
/usr/local/frontpage/version5.0/apache-fp/_vti_bin/fpexe
But that should be done during the original install of Frontpage along with the rest of the server. Not sure if the owsadm does anything with suid, I wouldn't think so.
