ProFTPd 2GB Problem

Greetings!

I've purchased a new Directadmin server through Bocacom to replace my existing DA server.

I've been running some tests using the RC1 Admin backup and restore. It seems to work fine, but for one thing:

One account I'm trying to move has over 2gb of files. The process runs fine, but when I try and transfer the 2.96gb file from one server to another, the FTP transfer dies after 2.00gb.

I've tried sending the file from the old server to the new, and also tried downloading to the new from the old. Either way, it dies after 2gb.

Any advice on how to fix this? A great many of my clients have well over 2gb of files.

I wonder if that's your filesystem limitation?

I was facing the same problem yesterday, while transfering 4GB data (tar.gz) from CentOS 4.5 (DA) to CentOS5 (DA). the connection just died after reaching 2 or little more than 2GB.

i did some search ... aprearly 1.2.x version had this limit, i am unable to find any new documents for 1.3.x....
