The file manger

I'm having some trouble with the file manager. I deleted some files without meaning to and i dont know how to replace them. I dont know what they were exactly, but when i look at my page i get the following error message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

How can i get the files back or get the error message to go away?

The only way you can get the files back is by uploading them. Generallly you can get the error message to go away by uploading your index.html or index.php file, but if other files are missing this won't fix your site.
