I'm working on a website (as webdesigner, but Im not the owner).
I found out a couple of days ago that the website was suspended, I tried to contact directadmin, but no respons so far.
The password I used in the past doesn't work anymore.

I can't upload anything, so I can't work anymore with the website.

Does anybody know what's wrong or if the people of directadmin see this message please replie to this message, or contact me at the emailaddress I registered with.

Thanks

Stephan

You'd have to contact your client or their host. This has nothing to do with DirectAdmin, as they are simply the creator of the control panel that your client uses.

I've already contacted the host where the website is registered and they told me there was nothing wrong, but I'll contact them again to confirm.

I've send an email to my client to see if he knows something.

Thanks for your responds

If the hosting has been suspended, then i doubt very much that there is "nothing wrong"...

However, if your domain name registrar has suspended the domain, then that may be a different matter, and if you bought the domain directly from a registrar, then you'd need to get in touch with them. Of course, if the host has bought the domain on your behalf, then its likely you need to contact your host about that too if thats the problem.

You'd need to tell us a bit more about the error you are seeing - whether its actually a directadmin error message about it being suspended, or not, etc.

Nath.

Giving us the domain name and the IP# it's supposed to be posted on would help as well.
