Is it under consideration to update the standard install package of DA to include Apache 2.2, PHP5, Mysql5, etc as part of the standard install or will we have to stick with the current versions for the forseable future? Im not interested in using customapache builds, etc.. Just wondering if the standard stock DA install will include newer versions of stuff in the future since Apache 2.2 seems to be a decent performance increase from the 1.3 versions?

When DirectAdmin starts using custombuild instead of customapache you'll be able to choose between versions. You can do it now by switching to custombuild from customapache. Search these forums for more information.

jlasman, from now it's included as an option on the install time :) You can choose what do you want to use (custombuld or customapache).

Thanks, Martynas. The answer, then, darkus, is that it's available now :) .
