Subdomain with own login

I created an A entry in my domain for the domain i gave the new user, but it just doesn't work.

What can i do about that?

We need so much more detail to help you with this...

Possibly you might want to post the domain or email technical support if you don't feel comfortable.

You need to make sure the domain has the correct name servers, and those name servers are pointing to your server.

Check http://www.dnstuff.com/ (http://dnsstuff.com) and they have tests that you can perform to see where you are going wrong.
