Just found a issue...we had one DA box running the DNS for a domain that was on another server. When I went to create a the user I was not allowed because DA thought I already created that user because a DNS record existed.
Do you think in the future it could check a different way? Just a thought not sure if anyone else ran into the same issue. Its really not that important just annonying if you don't remember...
