Suspand/unsuspand function not working

Hi
I try to suspend a client due to exceeding the Disk usage. 2214.9MB / 500 MB I click on Suspend, there is nothing happen it still show the site and not 404 error messages.

How come the DA didn't suspend it site when it over use it? and when the client remove some files from it account it still show 2214.9MB / 500 MB how to reset it to see the latest space he use.

How to solve this problem ? pls help :)

You don't name the site so it's impossible to look at from here; that would be the first part of the diagnosis.
