Public_html which to be created not!

hello I do not speak very well English to afflict I will need assistance when I my account in the panel user well all fonctione wants to create but the public_html is not put at the root of the ftp who will be able to say itself or its comes thank you very much ;)

Probably because people aren't sure of what you're asking.

Are you asking that the ftp root not be public_html? It isn't.
