Offering Direct Admin for VPS Customers

Lately I've been getting a lot of requests for hosting with Direct Admin as the main control panel.

It appears that JBMC Software is rather strict on selling internal licenses.
So if someone could answer the question "Does a vps qualify as a "server". " then that would be great.

(just for the record, I do offer dedicated servers as well, but those are mostly limited to larger corporate clients who use specific custom setups. )

The VPS is different than dedicated server. The internal pricing for both, dedicated and vps is different with all Control Panels, email sales and they'll work for a resolution.
