Password are one way encrypted and not stored anywhere on the server. Even if we wanted to, they wouldn't be retrievable unless a decryptable copy was stored somehwere, but thats a security risk. The creator of the user should be sent a "Creator Duplicate" copy of the welcome email, so either he can save all of those, or just record the password himself.
