Thats the error I get ,And DirectAdmin fails to start HTTPd :(

Anyone have any idea what to do ?

libpng-1.2.20.tar.gz isn't uploaded yet to DirectAdmin servers, that's why you're having issues. Just mailed DirectAdmin support and they should fix this problem ASAP.
