I have a user that has 200,000+ emails in her inbox, and when you try to access them via webmail (squirrelmail), nothing ever displays.
Where is the users mail stored? I will just remove it via command line. I looked in /home/username/mail, however I do not see any Inbox there.

I don't know about doing it from the command line, but you could just login to the user's DA control panel and click on "email accounts" and then just select the accounts you want to empty. At the bottom of the page there is a button for empty and bullets for inbox, imap folders and spambox.

That did not work since the box was so full. Anyway, figured it out. I just removed the /var/spool/mail/username file then did a touch and made sure the owner and group are correct.

Actually you shouldn't even have to recreate the file; the next email that comes in should do that for you.
