Yes, SpamBlocker3-beta will do both spam and virus filtering; look for it here (http://www.nobaloney.net/downloads/spamblocker/DirectAdminSpamBlocker3/).
There should be a new version of it up within the next 24 hours, so you may want to wait, but the update will be very easy.

Be sure to read all the instructions and disclaimers; this beta software works perfectlly for me when configured properly, but it is beta.

Mailblocker Pro, when released, will probably be based on SpamBlocker3.
