No php mail program works after new D/A

Hi, we have a problem, that after we have migrated "by the book" abt 50 domains from a freeBSD 5.4 with DA to a new freeBSD6.0 with most recent DA, that no any mailer program, mailform etc based on php works anymore.
Mail just disappears.

our serverdetails: Server: SR1350 CPU: P4 2.8 Ghz Memory: 2 GB Harddisk: 2 x 250GB SATA (RAID1) HW RAID: No OS: FreeBSD 6.0 with D/A Thu Aug 30 13:05:24 2007 Switch port: 100Mbps (FE) Datatraffic: Volume 2000GB
APC Remote Reboot (1port) IP Addresses (2) Partition: /boot - 100MB
swap - 2x memory / - rest

hosted domains : 51
mail acc.: ca 220
4 domains with newslettermailers in php (Swift 2.1 /or Pommo)
Most of domains have php based mail/answering/contacting forms.

If anyone has got a hunch, i could send a part of the exim and or other file?

if we login to squirrel or ubiemaiau, we can read the mail, but there it is where it stoppes. HTML newsletters from Swift 2.1 or pommo are not delivered like before...

Anyone please could help?

I don't run FreeBSD systems so I can give only very generalized help, but it appears that the problem may lie in the difference between php versions in your old server vs your new server.

I've moved the thread to a location where it's more apt to get you some help from users familar with FreeBSD.
