I'm not sure what you mean. Nod32 appears to be a very expensive solution; the 15-user version is over us$600. How many users do you have on your system :) ? Do you mean a desktop solution? I don't see one priced anywhere on their system and I presume it would be a violation of their Terms of Service to use it on your server.

Can you be more specific as to what you're looking for?

NOD32 person ver for linux, around USD 60, and any Email AV solution you will suggest

The desktop product is licensed for desktop use; good luck in finding dupport to run it on a server. It appears it would be in violation of their license.

Personally, I recommend using ClamAV and SpamBlocker3-beta, both described on these forums.
