Good Afternoon,

I attempted to contact your office today to ask some general questions as I live in Calgary and it's easy for me to just phone you...

Bad point... Your phone # listed just rings a fast busy signal.

Bad point... All your Live chat is offline

Bad point... We were looking at migrating our Servers from Ensim 3.5 Pro to DirectAdmin

Bad point... Are you still around? Moved?

Good point... I am still interested, I just get really nervous when I try and phone someone and no one is around.

Please verify....

Cheers! :)

The phone support was removed, people were calling and asking for system related help rather than anything to do with DirectAdmin itself.

Your best way to contact support is email support@directadmin.com, alternatively feel free to ask your question here :)

We tend to be available for the "live" options when things slow down, but it's usually evening before we have a chance to catch our breath. :D

E-mail to support@directadmin.com is always viewed within 10 minutes of receipt, and responded to based on priority.

Regarding Ensim migration, there is no officially supported automated method, so there are many factors to consider (including the number of customers you have).
