Hi,
I'm having some issues with passwords:
Username: xxx
Password: * irretrievable *
Domain: xxx.net
What is that?

Hello,
Passwords are not stored in plain text anywhere on the server and are therefore not recoverable. They're all one-way encrypted because if they wern't, that would be a security risk. This is why you get that message.

A customer want me to reset his password. However, I can't modify it because DA needs the "old password"; which I don't have.
Any clue?
