Can someone tell me what would cause the following?
http://tp.web-host-servers.com/info
When you view this, it automatically knows that it is info.php .
This is causing many problems with mod_rewrite. Thanks.

do you have any .htaccess file in /var/www/html directory?

No. It is the "AliasMatch" directive in the Vhosts that is doing this.

I know this is an old thread, but does anyone know what Apache configuration causes this behavior? As the original poster said, if you go to a directory which doesn't exist, it will automatically load the php file of the same name (assuming it exists).

In the past when I've seen the behavior it was a browser issue. Now I can't check because the example above doesn't load. Can you point us to an example?
