I want to use a certificate for a subdomain. To do this i removed the subdomain as part of a maindomain and want to add the subdomain.maindomain.tld as a new domain for the same user. Allthough the reseller has unlimited resources, diskspace is available, I get this error:
"Unable to create that domain
Details
You've hit your maximum disk quota and do not have enough space to create another domain
"
This turns up on 1.297 and 1.3100
Does someone has idea?

In this order:
Make sure the user and the reseller both have unlimited resources.
Make sure the disk partitions have enough space.
Make sure that there's no DNS zone file for the domain you're trying to make.
Check with DA Support.

Another thread solved the quota problem (http://www.directadmin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=20587), which is actually a permissions problem.
The solution was to check that the /home/user folder has the correct permissions for the reseller user which is trying to create the domain.
If, for example, the reseller user is harrydean and the folder's owner is root, then the system will give a quota error.
Good luck!
