also i check online support , but everyday All Operators are currently offline !

All jokes aside, how long has it been since you first emailed support? Is your reply-to email set correctly so that they can email you back? Did their reply get caught in your spam filter and so you never saw it?

Make sure that directadmin.com is on your email's whitelist to ensure their replies get through and that you have a proper reply-to email in the headers so that they have your email to reply to. Also, give them enough time to reply, most of the time they are quick but sometimes they can take a few hours to reply.
