I'm a newbie to DA and have found it very useful. I know that to limit the disk quota of an anonymous FTP directory using ProFTPD in a non-DA system, one would use the directive:

<Anonymous /var/ftp/incoming>
Quotas on
DefaultQuota 100000000
</Anonymous>

My difficulty is I can't fing the anonymous directive in either /etc/proftpd.conf or /etc/proftpd.vhosts.conf

Am I going about this incorrectly?? Where should this directive go??

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

Ftp doesn't need to have quotas if the quotas are enabled for unixs system account (the system quotas will take over)..

If you want to add additiona ftp quotas, then you'll need to manually add them into the /etc/proftpd.conf file.
