Do we need to install both APF and KISS MY firewall ?

Dose ClamAV compatible with Spamblocker 2 ?

Rkhunter and CHKROOTKIT, which one should i install?

No, you can choose from APF and KISS. ClamAV is compatible with SpamBlocker 2 and higher, and you can run both RKhunter and Chkrootkit for security.
