Updating PHP4.x.x -> PHP 5.x.x.

Is this easy to do - I am not worried about breaking anythng as the server has no accounts on (beside a few test ones of mine!), so I need to practice somewhere.

Any ideas appreciated on how to uypdate the current PHP 4.x.x to the latest 5.x.x
