Aren't you over your database limit? Are you trying to create a database from ssh?

Nope, using Direct Admin...

Wow, Now I just tried again and got this (DA):

Then After restarting
Error creating the database

Unable to create database hlhostin_teest. Can't create database 'hlhostin_teest'. (errno: 28)

Note: This server was never restarted until 3 days ago. Its been up for only 2 months. It was working fine... I guess it got tired...

Check your not over quota.....
