hello,

I have one lifetime license for DA but currently im planing to move my server to new ISP (server is installed on dedicated server and i want to change ISP) it means that both IP/OS will be changed.

So how can i change my license information? so that i want to make this license work on moved server?

Contact the support. They will change the ip's of your license.

Actually these changes are best made by the sales department. Contact information can be found here (http://www.directadmin.com/support.html).

You sent the request on Saturday morning at 5:13 am. Give them some time :) .

I looked again; if you waited eight hours, then you sent your request about 9:13 am Friday night. Have they responded yet?

Hi,

everything is ok now. I have send about 9 AM yesterday. This is my local time so dunno what time was there :).

Its ok now. I was thinking that maybe I would be waiting whole weekend for that because of that I have send post here :rolleyes:
