Move sub-domain to another partition

is that possible? I want to move only sub-domain to another partition and leave main domain on default partition, is that possible?

Copy everything over and then create a symbolic link to it. Make sure apache will follow symlinks. Also I do not think the File Manager follows symbolic links unless something has changed recently which means that the user will not be able to get to the sub domain using the file manager but ftp should still work.
