problems to restore

i trying to restore some backups from my other DA server.
but when i add i to restore i only get this message :
You don't have permission to restore user
i get it on everyone i try to restore. any suggestion what to do?

I believe this was discussed on these forums within the last week or so. Have you searched for a response (if I recally correctly, it was responded to by John, of DA support).
