I do not know what overwrote my SB3 conf with an older SB conf. But I can no longer get mail to work with SB3. I receive no email. Here are some logs:

Whoever/whatever replaced your SpamBlocker3 file with the old file also overwrote the exim.pl file with the old one, or so it seems.
Make sure you get the new exim.pl file from here (http://www.nobaloney.net/downloads/spamblocker/DirectAdminSpamBlocker3/exim.pl). Don't cut and paste it; use wget.
Make sure you're using the SpamBlocker3 exim.conf file and that exim.pl file, and you should be fine.
Don't forget to restart exim.

That was it. I have to lock this file from being updated. I do not know what I used that would do this. How could an old exim.pl possibly be used?

I have no idea; sounds like a question for DA support :) .

what should the filesize of the exim.pl file be?
The one I have located in /usr/local/directadmin/templates is a different size then the one I downloaded.

The one in the templates directory hasn't been updated or used in ages.
It's not used for installs.
The one you want are on files.directadmin.com.
