Backup by cron

Okey, i don't wonna anything special... I read so many post and download so many scripts...

I just wonna fu** sql database to backup in the same server, I have access to DA via user level and access to Cron. I just need this one line that will do the backup and that is it !

Sorry for my foul langugae but it seems to that i have used the wrong keyword and after a 4 hour search it gets frustrating !
