unable to add domains

i am on $8.95 twice a year plan. Accordingly to 8.95.com plan features, i should be able to add up to 4 domains; however i am only able to add 2. My numerous attempts to contact their billing department to get this resolved had no luck. is anybody else having these issues?.. thank you

DirectAdmin (JBMC) isn't a hosting company or something like that :) You should contact your hosting company.
