how to block external domains?

Hello,

I've a swf file on my server and some other sites are using the same swf file from my server, they are not my domains. i want to forbid them using that swf or jpeg files on my server and want to show a "forbidden" image instead of that files. it hugely eats my bandwith. is there anything to do?

Thanks. it worked for hotlink. but i still have much traffic, my customer had mailled his page i think, do i have a change to block outlooks.
