User logins

As the user of a domain...I have the authority to give ftp access and email addresses. Do either of those users have the authority to access the DA control panel? Or do they just have authority to access what I give them permission to through FTP or just to access email?

As far as I know email accounts only have access to email (webmail, imap, pop3, etc.), and FTP accounts only have access to FTP :)

Email users can chnage their password: http://domain.com:2222/CMD_CHANGE_EMAIL_PASSWORD

Besides that what lordphi said would remain correct :)
