Request for a How To - IPCop

I know there are discussions about how to implement firewalls (on box) like KISS and such... but has anyone used IPCop on a separate box to implement security? If you have, please share a basic how to... specifically with a DA installation in mind.

Also, if you have used IPCop, are you pleased?
