Where does one find information on creating DirectAdmin plugins / addons ?

I can't find ANY information anywhere.

And one more question, is it possible to start and kill processes whit DA api?

For the most part doing a search inside the versioning system will get you answers to alot of DA's functionality. Also the scripting forum near the bottom has a class file for communicating with DA along with posts about creating plugins to read through/search through.
