The recipient was unavailable to take delivery of the message

I haven't seen mail header formatting (c=US;a= ;p= ;) in a LONG time... has anyone got any feedback on why this would be occuring on a da stock install?

It's only happening on one domain, to a select group of email addresses.

Is it something that can/should be addressed?
