I just switched from APF to KISS, one problem I found is KISS blocking ntpdate, I already put port 123 on UDP_IN, UDP_OUT and even TCP_IN, TCP_OUT, still getting errors:
/usr/sbin/ntpdate pool.ntp.org
11 Mar 03:41:56 ntpdate[11196]: sendto(zonder.rondom.org): Operation not permitted
What else in KISS could be blocking ntpdate?
