On every website? I have upgraded everything from RH 7, 9 and FreeBSD 4.9, 5.1, 5.2 with no problems?

Did you check your apache error logs? We need more information to help.

It works now, httpd must run under apache but previously it run under nobody.

Hello,

This was a security update for /home/username/domains/domain.com.

It set that directory to 710 username:apache. So if apache was running as nobody, that error will appear.
