Outlook Delete's mail

When I use Outlook Exoress, It downloads the email onto my computer. But i do not want this I want teh email to remain on teh server so if anything happens and I have to format my computer I can still download the emails back onto my computer.....

Basically I want it to be like Hotmail BUT with outlook express

You go to your account options (options or extra menu) and tick the box "leave a copy on the server". This way the mail stays on your server.
