SERVER always down time

i dont know why my server always down time.
Http and Ftp can't connect.
I can get into http:www.xxxx.com:2222 BUT i cant login.
(Invalid login. Please verify your Username and Password)
I am sure username and password is correcrt.

Sometime I can use SSH but the command not work, like reboot
While this moment , TOP, DIR command is okay.

Someone can help me

Have you tried a reboot? If the command "reboot" does not work try "shutdown -r now"

Are you logged in as root when you do this?

100% sure.

restart directadmin, kill apache ....etc . all cant

If you shell into your server and become root, and cannot run common commands, then your server may have been compromised.

What kind of error messages do you get?
