uebimaiu not showing messages

When I login to webmail, it shows "No new messages in your Inbox ".
But squirellmail displays all the 10 messages. I get the following from maillog which seems to be normal

Feb 22 06:07:00 domain vm-pop3d[31691]: User 'test@domain.com' logged in from 127.0.0.1, nmsgs=10
Feb 22 06:07:00 domain vm-pop3d[31691]: Session ended for user: 'test@domain.com' from 127.0.0.1, nmsgs=10, ndel=0

Btw I am able to send mails from webmail.
Any idea?

First thing to check is to make sure your user hasn't used all of her/his space.

And that you've still got space on your server's drives.
