e-mail forwarding

When I use the forward option it does not deleete the e-mail in the originating account.

Can this be done?

Or can I create alias for e-mail adresses?

DirectAdmin handles server email accounts and virtual email accounts differently. For server email accounts (i.e., the account name you set up when you set up the domain), DA's forwards overrides the mailbox setting and the email doesn't end up in the mailbox; it only gets forwarded.

For virtual email accounts, mailboxes and forwards are separate; you can have one or the other or both.
