Where could change the email address of an admin level account, which I set up?

Login as the admin and go to the User Level. Click Site Summary / Statistics / Logs and scroll down the page to the email field. That's where you can change the admin's email.

Admin Level > List Administrators > "admin you want to edit", let's say "admin" > admin's User data
