Cannot remove ip-adress

Hi,

I've added 8 ip's to directadmin, and that works pretty nice. But now I want to remove an ip, and that doesn't work.

I select an ip, i do remove and when the page refreshes, it's still there (in the db, and on the system).

Because I needed to take that ip down, i did it with ifconfig, but at the next reboot the ip comes up again.

Is this a bug? Or do I do something wrong.

The ip is from noone and is not used anywhere.

Hello,

You have to remove the IP from the Reseller before DA will let you remove it from the system. The IP must also have no users on it. It can be forcibly removed by removing the IP from the /usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/ip.list file and deleteing the /usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/ips/1.2.3.4 file (only do it manually as a last resort).
