FTP problem

Hi,
I am new on directadmin.
One of my hosting customer have a hosting account with 13 ftp users but i can't see it on my panel, but i can see it under :
/usr/local/directadmin/data/users/xxx/ftp.passwd.. and all the ftp are working. What must i do to see it on my panel.

You should be able to see it by logging in, then finding your user and clicking on login as user.
