Clients can not login

My clients can not login DA the screen just refreshes to the same page

I told them to turn off the proxy, they did but they now can not access any site !!

not one or two clients but many of them :(

I'm not sure what can be done there. If they need to use the proxy to get onto the internet, but the proxy is blocking the cookies, I don't see how it can work, unless the proxy is changed to allow the cookies to get through.

Let them contact their ISP and tell the ISP that they need an unrestricted internet connection without a proxy.

This will not only affect DA, but will affect a lot of other sites using cookies too...
